I made Mommy and Daddy stop in Albuquerque so I could spend some time with Carly and Amaya! I wish they lived closer! Come back, come back...to Phoenix!

I went to see Grandma Longsine's grave. Mommy & I were really sad, we miss her a lot.

Grandma Terrie & I baked a cherry pie for the family for Thanksgiving.

I LOVED playing with my cousins Ava and Mikayla! Grandma took Ava & I to the Rolling Hills museum and zoo. It was a lot of fun!

Mommy didn't take enough pictures, but I loved getting to see a lot of my family for the holiday. I love everyone very much and look forward to visiting again!

I took Mommy and Daddy to San Diego for a mini-vacation. Of course, we went to Sea World.

We went out to eat with some dear friends. Ally Mae and I had matching dresses. Aren't we beautiful?

Aquarium

Mommy and I went to the aquarium with our wonderful friends, Ally Mae and Cheryl.

MY 3rd BIRTHDAY!
Mommy and I spent the day together on my actual birthday. We went to the aquarium, ate pizza and rode on a carousel. Then mean Mommy took me to the doctor and they gave me a shot! On my birthday! How rude! And then Mommy took me out for ice cream to make up for it! I forgave her at that point. Then Grandma and Papa Gene came to our house, with their friends Myrene and Robert. I liked having all the company at my house. We had a lot of fun together!

On the weekend, we had a party! Mommy and Daddy rented me a Princess Bounce house! It was soo fun!

I got a lot a great presents from all my friends and family! I got a Barbie Bike! How cool am I? Watch out you other kids in the neighborhood, I'm gonna be fast on my new bike! And I got a treasure chest of Princess play clothes! I am Belle.

My school had a special program last night! I was resistant at first, I didn't want to wear my bus costume or my cute sweater that Mommy had out for me. After I found Daddy and then Mommy, I gave in and sang away!

Road Trip to Albuquerque

Last minute our trip to Grandma and Grandpa's house got changed. Sorry, Grandma and Papa! I miss you and can't wait to see you in February!

Mommy and I decided to still get out of town for a couple of days and we drove to Albuquerque to visit our friends Carly, Ricky and Amaya.

Don't be silly, I didn't really drive, Mommy drove her new van. This was at McDonald's in Gallup.

Here we are out to eat on Saturday night.

Sunday morning we went to the aquarium and had a blast!

After lunch we went back to Amaya's house and played. We changed into princess dresses and had so much fun together!

And here I am when Mommy actually pulled into the garage at home. Yes, I am sleeping. Daddy woke me up and got me out of the van. I was very happy to see him, I missed him bunches.

Mommy and I had a lot of fun together on our roadtrip. She always spoils me, I got a New Mexico purse and a native American dolly on the way home. Mommy, where are we going next???

My First Reunion!

Today, we went to a reunion for St. Joseph's Nursery ICU graduates! I didn't specifically see any of my nurses, but we had fun anyways! I jumped really high in the bouncy house, got a ladybug painted on my face, slid down a giant slide with a big girl, flew high in a swing, hung out with a Princess and ate a sno-cone! I was upset that I couldn't ride the ponies, but the line was way too long. (Or at least that's the excuse Mommy told me!)

I did get to see the little girl that was beside me for a little bit in the hospital. She was referred to as "Polly Pocket" as she only weighed ***13 OUNCES*** at birth! I weighed 2 pounds which is 32 ounces and I was super tiny! I was in the hospital for 2 months, she was there at least 5 months. She looked as if she is doing well also! Yeah, St. Joseph's! They are all AWESOME!!!

State Fair

Papa (Grandpa), Mommy, Daddy and I went to the state fair. I went on my first solo ride on a helicopter ride. Next, Mommy and I rode a train ride. Then Mommy, Daddy and I flew across the fair up on the ski lift. We saw a cool sand sculpture, that was still a work in progress. I made Mommy go down this giant slide with me. I got to see lots of animals and loved some of them up. Finally, I went on the flying Dumbo ride all by myself. We had a lot of fun at the fair! Mommy says it will be even more fun next year! Yeah, I can't wait!

I know, I know, Where has our updates been?...Well, I have been so busy...

I have gymnastics every Saturday with Mommy,

I did a 5K walk for the Race for the Cure! Mommy, Daddy, Grandpa and some others from Mommy's work joined us! We had a lot of fun! We did this in remembrance of my Grandma Jeri (Mommy's Mommy). We helped raise over $650 as a team for this great cause. Many of you helped in raising this money, so Thank You!

I helped Daddy create this "Masterpiece" for our Halloween display for this front yard!

I have new friends to visit...First, is the twins. This is Ashley.

Mommy and I went to the Zoo! I saw Koala Bears and got my face painted. Mommy and I rode on a camel, but nobody was there to take our photo. And I took Mommy on the carousel, she always likes getting a little dizzy. Ha, ha!

Next, I took Mommy and Daddy out for their anniversary. I got to choose where we go, we went out to Schnepf Farms and had a blast! Happy Anniversary Mommy and Daddy! I love you bunches and so glad you finally had me! Ha, ha!

I went to a secret rave at my school. My Bestest Girlfriend, Brinley was there to party with me! And I saw a couple of my favorite teachers, I knew Miss Liz was a superhero! Shhh, don't tell my parents that I snuck out last night!

Vacation!

I needed a little get away, daycare was getting a little overwhelming with all that learning new things going on! Ha, ha! I decided to take Mommy and Daddy up to Canada to see my Godmommy Katrina and her hubby Jim. First, we went on a big airplane and then a little one. Mommy, Daddy and I were all very well behaved on the airplane, going through security and waiting for immigration and customs.

I played at the beach and went for lots of walks. I rode on a big boat, Daddy said it was a fairy, but I didn't see anything that looked like Tinkerbell on the boat. We went and saw a lot of pretty flowers at Butchart Gardens. Then Mommy planned a train ride for us up to a sawmill. That was a lot of fun! We saw an otter swimming out in the ocean, an eagle, starfish, sand-dollar and lots of baby crabs. But most of all I was on a mission to pet every dog on Vancouver Island!

Happy Mother's Day! I spent my day with my beautiful mommy! She is the most loving, smart, fun mommy ever...Mommy stop pushing the keys, this is my blog! We ate fresh fruit for breakfast, went for a long walk this morning, went to church, out for lunch and then just hung out together at home. Now we are snuggling by the light of the computer!

I took Mommy, Daddy, our friends Val, Brandon and Charlie to the Ostrich Festival. We had a lot of fun! I played in yucky water, walked all around and pet lots of animals! I wasn't too interested in it, but there was some people sitting on Ostriches and running around a track also.

We went to a party at my school this evening. I got to show Mommy, Daddy, and even my Grandma and Grandpa my favorite rocking toy and the great slide outside. I went in this giant bouncy cage thingie. I got to pet all kinds of animals, sheep, cow, goat, llama, and pot-belly pigs. I love animals!!! Here is some pictures from our Mexico trip. It was my cousin Christian's First Birthday! I love him lots, he shared his toys with me. Here we are trying to plan our way around Uncle Mike. I told Christian to go that way and I will go this way, on the count of 3. But neither of us know how to count yet. So our plan failed.

Hi, we drove to San Diego for the weekend! We had lots of fun. And as usual, I was a very good girl all weekend! Here are a few of my favorite moments. Hope you enjoy as well!

Here we are in Yuma at Cracker Barrell, Daddy bought me this cute Raggedy Ann doll.

This is the view from our hotel room, cool view of the bank, but not so cool is the tram and railroad tracks right there. The bells were going off a lot, but we were all really tired at night so it didn't keep us awake.

This is the Navy aircraft carrier, the Midway.

These next few pictures are at Seaport Village, we went there Saturday and Sunday nights for dinner.

Mickey Mouse decided to come see me in San Diego. I told Mommy that I felt sorry for those who went to see him at Disneyland, and then found out he was here with me instead. Better luck next time!

Heartwarming story

For those of you who don't know, when I was about a month old and still in the hospital, Mommy and Daddy ran into the doctor that saved my life and decided it was time for me to be born. He was a resident at that time. Well, here is how it happened...Daddy ran into fatburger, while Mommy was in the car. Daddy came out and asked "Would you remember the doctor that delivered Madison, because I think he's in there with his family." Mommy said, "Of course, he saved Madison and my life." Well, after Daddy mentioned it a few times, Mommy finally went into the restaurant, and it was him! Mommy felt so wonderful to get the opportunity to tell him how great he was and thanked him for saving us both. Then she gave him my birth announcement with all of my hospital pictures. Then a day or two later, the doctor emailed Mommy stating how much it meant for her to stop and tell him all of that, especially in front of his family. We are the reason he does what he does and it made his family so proud of him! Well, Dr. Ed has stayed in email contact with us since! We were honored to be invited to his graduation this past weekend! Here I am with Mommy, Daddy, Miles (one of Dr. Ed's sons), Gloria (his beautiful wife), and then the wonderful, Dr. Ed himself! The whole family is just nice as can be and we have made new friends for life!

Sad to say this, but my puppy Ladie has left us. Mommy says she is up running around in doggie heaven with Brownie and mommy & daddy's other doggie, Dancer. I will miss Ladie bunches, I was just starting to holler at her and chase after her. And who will eat all the food that I throw on the floor, Mommy says she's gonna have to get a broom and a mop now. Anyway, we are very sad here today, we loved her very much, but know it was time for her to go. Here are some pictures we took together this morning. Goodbye, Ladie!

I hate to break it to all of you, my loyal fans, but I have to admit...I am naughty at times. And I scream and cry at church. Whew, that felt good to get that off my chest.

To my defense, Daddy calls me a monkey because I love bananas, so I can't help that I am starting to climb everything!

And really, Mommy does need to clean out all the clothes she doesn't wear, I thought I would help her get started.

Swim Lessons-Day 1

Well, let's start by saying I survived day one of swim lessons! Mommy didn't double check the time before we went and we were there a half hour early! Hello, doesn't she know I have little patience like my Daddy!

At first I liked playing in the small pool and splashing around. Then Mommy handed me over to some lady that let my face go in the water when she first was trying to get a hold of me, whatever, it's not like I was a slippery little fish that she couldn't hold on to! So, I didn't really like her, the good news is she will not be my regular swim teacher, mine was on vacation this week. I let Mommy hold me in the water and play a little, but I wouldn't let her get too far from me.

And do you think Daddy would come in and help me out, No, he would just come over and take a picture of me. What is wrong with these people! Any way, it was kind of fun at the end and Mommy says she is going to try to bring me again this week so I can get used to it. I guess that will be okay!

Hi everyone, Mommy has not let me on the computer much lately...I guess Mommy has been pretty busy with helping one of my Godmommies with a wedding and starting a new program at work. That and then the fact that Mommy says I just don't stay still for pictures like I used to. So I have had a busy March...I saw my Grandparents from Kansas, went to a wedding, got really sick, bit another child at daycare, and let's not forget temper tantrums!!! Daddy says I used to be an angel baby but those days are long gone. I tell them I am just independent and working on my American Idol routine. Mommy says I am a normal one year old! And a handful! And spoiled! But loved very much! I like it when the teacher at daycare plays with my hair, I don't really sit still for Mommy to do my pigtails. Well, Mommy says it is time for me to go to bed, I am going to go scream now! Talk to you all soon!

Mommy says I am growing too fast, is that possible, I am going to be 1 next weekend! I will soon have places to go, people to see, and things to do! I got to get going with this walking thing! Those two never bought me a walker, so I have to use a kitchen chair instead. Daddy tells me I can't get so mad at the chair when it runs into things such as the table, I say "Oh yeah, well I am going to scream anyways! Aaah!" I started a new name for Mommy this weekend, "Gigi"! I don't know why, but it is fun to say.

Happy January! I was talking a lot to Mommy this morning! Just watch and see!!! Oh, and then I was getting cuddly with my stuffed animal, his name is Kisser! And just this evening, I gave Daddy and Mommy each a kiss all on my own, I didn't even make them ask! Oh yeah, I am gonna get lots of good stuff from them for my birthday! I got them right where I want them! Ha, ha!!!

I had fun on christmas. This present was wrapped so nice, but I had to change that. Just like you guys all told my mommy and daddy, I loved the wrapping paper, tissue paper and the boxes!

Look at my video. I was supposed to be napping. Mommy and daddy were talking about how they never actually seen me get into a sitting position on my own...

Then I felt like dancing, after all it was Christmas! I loved my pretty dress that Grandma Terrie gave me! Don't I look good!!!

Here was my favorite box that Grandma Wendy pushed me around in. Oh, mommy says there is no poltergeist in our kitchen, daddy tied a string to my box and was pulling me!

Then on Christmas night, mommy, daddy & I went to see all these pretty lights on these people's houses. And all of these people kept talking to me, I like people!

Well, I plan on having a great next year!!! Stay tuned for my updates!

Merry Christmas!
Mommy and Daddy took me to the North Pole to see Santa Claus last weekend. He was a very nice guy and he promised to bring me a toy soon because he said I have been very good! Mommy and I now have a special little dance we do singing "Santa's coming, Santa's coming!" It's a lot of fun!

Last night, we went to Zoolights with my Auntie Katrina & Jim! It was chilly out, but I wasn't too happy with that thing mommy made me wear on my head!

And guess what, not only do I like to stand up already, but yesterday, I started taking steps! I think I might sign up for the half marathon here in January! Ha, ha!

Road Trip

I went on a long, long, long road trip with my mommy and daddy. We went and saw lots of family back in Kansas for Thanksgiving. We stayed at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Grandma has lots of pretty dollies but I could only dream about playing with them. Grandpa has happy feet and played fun polka music! I sat on a horse named Sonny at my Aunt Sharon's. I played with lots of cousins, here I am with Ava. Also, I went and saw my Grandma's grave, it was like she was holding me! Oh, I can't forget to tell you all that it is official I am an Angel Baby! I was so well behaved even with four days in that carseat! I also got another tooth, that makes 7 total now!

Mommy, the puppies, and I were all bees and Daddy was our beekeeper! I stayed up partying about an hour and a half later than my normal bedtime! I loved having all our friends over! Especially, the cute other kids! Mommy says I am a social butterfly, but I thought I was a bee?! Oh whatever, as long as I get to wear wings!

Busy Week!

I have had yet another busy week! I ate in my high-chair for the first time. I got my second tooth. And I sat up without Mommy holding me. Okay that was only for a second or two, but it is a start. Then we went shopping and I found this perfect pink cowgirl hat, but Daddy wouldn't buy it for me. Mommy had to take a picture at least. I have got to start practicing sticking that bottom lip out and get Daddy to buy me cute needless things!

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot...I also had my first incident report at daycare! I was wrangling up my imaginary wild horses and rolled over into the toy-shelf at daycare. I had a little bump and red mark and they had to put ice on my head. But I was fine and went back to rounding up my horsies!

Mommy went to Boston without me! I didn't sleep too good without Mommy kissing me goodnight. But at least she brought back this cool little lobster for me. Then the day after Mommy returned, I decided to start to roll over onto my belly and now I like to do that in my crib. I even try to stick my whole leg out between the bars!
